Day 1)
Nairobi to Lake Nakuru National Park “185 kms 4 hrs drive: 8:Am, after breakfast start journey by road to Lake Nakuru National Park. Drive via the Great Rift Valley escarpment, experiencing breathtaking views of the world’s greatest land rift, to arrive in time for lunch at Lake Nakuru lodge. 3:30 pm, enjoy an afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. The park provides a sanctuary for the rhino. The contrast and apparent dislocation between the shallow soda lake with its primeval birds and the animated woods all around it give Lake Nakuru National Park a very distinctive appeal. Day 2)
Lake Nakuru National Park to Masai Mara National Reserve (295 kms 6 hours’ drive) 7:30 am.After breakfast, depart for Masai Mara ? the land of vast migrating herds. Arrive in time for lunch at Base camp Masai Mara. In the afternoon, embark on a game drive to get a closer look at the Mara. Return to Base camp for dinner and overnight stay. Base Camp Masai Mara
Day 3)
Explore Masai Mara National Reserve AM & PM game drives: Morning and afternoon game drives, from the comfortable base of the camp, explore the park’s amazingly high concentration of game. This game reserve is Kenya’s finest wildlife sanctuary. Including migrants, well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. July, August and September being the months when the Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeest and zebras, you’re scheduled for a wonderful adventure. The famous Maasai tribesmen live within the dispersal area of the game reserve. Dinner and overnight at Base Camp Masai Mara
Day 4)
Full day spent at Masai Mara National Reserve:
@ 5 am, Balloon safari followed by full day games drive in Masai Mara National Reserve; 10 am, connect with your driver guide and proceed with picnic lunch boxes to explore the park amazingly. There are a good number of wildlife concentrations. Enjoy the game as you head towards the river, your schedule reaches the famous Mara River in time for lunch and here we all set for a bush lunch under a tree. After lunch explore the river “RESIDENT ANIMALS ARE HIPPOS & CROCODILES” all meals and overnight at Basecamp Masai Mara .
Day 5)
Depart from Masai Mara National Reserve to Lake Naivasha 255 kms (5.5 hrs drive); “Cycling expedition at Hell’s Gate National Park” 7 am, after breakfast depart by road to Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge. After checking in at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge, proceed for lunch at the hotel. 2 pm, drive to Hells Gate National Park cycling expedition; This park is located between beautiful Lake Naivasha and the twin Longonot and Suswa Volcanoes, Hell’s Gate is one of Africa’s most visually stunning parks. While Hell’s Gate is known primarily for its landscape, there is still game to be spotted within the park. Buffalo and antelopes are especially common sights, and the park is also home to a variety of birds. There are no predators or dangerous large game in the park. Your tour includes bicycle cycling, and you’ll trade your safari vehicle for a bike to begin your journey through the park. Don’t worry! Your car will drive behind you to ensure you’ve got a place to rest if you get too tired. Your first stop will be the spectacular Fisher’s Tower, where the adventurous can choose to ascend the 45mts tower. Equipment can be rented on the spot, and all climbs are guided by local professionals. From here, you’ve got a long but scenic ride to the famous Hell’s Gate Gorge – where you can walk and climb your way through the distinctive terrain that helped inspire Disney’s famous The Lion King. Day 6)
Lake Naivasha to Nairobi (2.5 hrs drive) 115 kms: At 8:30 am, after breakfast check-out from the lodge and drive to Marina Boat-Ride Safari for a one-hour boat ride along the shores of the lake. Lake Naivasha is Kenya’s famous fresh water lake. 11:15 am, start your journey by road to Nairobi to end your safari by being transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or a place of your choice within the city centre.
