Terms & Conditions of Tours\/Safaris<\/strong><\/p>

Payment conditions:<\/strong>
30% deposit on confirmation. Full balance payable before departure cancellation fees charged as follows: –
Between:
35 and 20 days – 20%
19 and 10 days – 30%
9 and 2 days – 50%
Within 45 hrs – 100%

Alteration of Tours<\/strong>
The right is reserved to change any route or arrangements should conditions necessitate to offer substitutes of equal value or to cancel the operation of any scheduled tour. The right is also reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which event an equitable amount will be refunded.

Rates<\/strong>
Rates include all expenses in connection with ground transport for the itinerary set out; all entry fees, hotel accommodation, full board, meals, launch and dhow trips as applicable. Not included are personal expenses such as beverages, laundry and tips.

(B) Camping Safaris<\/em><\/strong>
\u2022 Transport in a luxury 9 sitter mini-bus
\u2022 Guaranteed window seat
\u2022 Services of an experienced driver\/guide
\u2022 All camping equipment except sleeping bags
\u2022 All camping and game park entrance fees
\u2022 3 meals a day prepared by our expert safari cook.

(C) Walking Safaris<\/em><\/strong>
\u2022 Transport in a luxury 9-sitter mini-bus
\u2022 Services of an experienced naturalist\/guides.
\u2022 Services of an English-speaking driver guide
\u2022 Services of an experienced safari cook
\u2022 All camping equipment
\u2022 All tribal guides

(D) Mountain Climbing<\/em><\/strong>
\u2022 Return Transport from Nairobi except for Kilimanjaro
\u2022 guides\/porters\/cooks
\u2022 All accommodation and food on the mountain
\u2022 All entrance fees
\u2022 Hotel accommodation where necessary on half board

Tips, laundry, drinks, personal insurance, and items of personal nature
